Hi -8
I found out my multi-track uses "hi-8" master tapes. I ordered five 30 minute master tapes today. I'm ready to express and expand.
SGAH OIG ICCIR (in no order)
shrewd super sensitive careless and detached extroversion of ambitious shy friendly rebellion on top of seriously hardened to life high energy and superficial insensitivity.

Studio almost done
My multi-track came today. so stoked on it!
All i need is the snake cables, which are coming in the mail way soon, hopefully by early next week, and some microphones. Then i'll be ready to record whenever. Sweet!

Getting astrological
I was just curious about all this astrological stuff so i took a look at me... Here's the run down.
I'm a dude who's western sign is libra(dog), eastern sign is dragon (aries)... AKA complete opposites. My star/rising sign is gemini ( horse)-- In translation it's my inter spirt or something... It has something to do with time of birth. My moon sign is in conjunction with scorpio(pig)/sagittarius(rat)...smack dab right in the fucking middle..... The pig(scorpio) is very lazy/wise while the rat(sagittarius) is very ambitious/humorous.... It has Something to do with my inner emotions.... Something to with time as well. In conclusion... I'm a giant jumble of contradictions.
Just some food for thought.

i dont sleep/getting rid of stuff.
So it's like 4:30 in the morning, and i'm not that tired. Whatever. I cleaned up my room at about 12 PM, took everything out of it except for my bed and my couch. I'm selling/giving away everything pretty much, with the exception of some things. Basically if it can't fit on my couch it's got to go. I have 3 crates, one my movies, one for clothes and one for electronics (tape players, vcr's, etc..). it you want something let me know i'll make a list of stuff soon.

music
Favorite music ever.
-Lync- Best moody/inspirational music ever. Full of fire, nasally vocals and slightly off tuned guitars. Their lo-fi recordings are amazing. Not a very known band, but once you hear them you are truly inspired.
Suggestion: Remembering the fireballs part 8
-The Descendants- Pop punk at it's finest, hilarious, intelligent and ironic. Milo Aukerman is one of my musical hero's. He's also a biochemist, how cool is that!
Suggestion: Somery, Milo goes to college.
-karp- Black sabbath sliced with a northwest (post grudge sucks) sound, a perfect combination. The loudest band ever, and again not the most known band around. If you ever have the chance, blast the song "rowdy" on full volume in your car. It's an unforgettable experience.
Suggestion: Flawless discography, buy it all-
- A tribe called quest- Best hip-hop hands down. I love their originality and laid back persona's, it's as if they are the "chillest mother fuckers on the planet".
Suggestion: Low end theory, Midnight marauders-
-Modest mouse- Their music back when they were 19, getting drunk and falling off their drum set/pushing over their amps, was truly some of the most raw/pure music ever made. It doesn't get any better then the interstate 8 EP. It's especially a band that is more intense and close to my heart because they grew-up in the same area i was born. It's as if i know what they are talking about. I'll always have a place in my heart for mm.
Suggestion:-Everything before "good new", not to say it is a bad album or anything-
